login in to the game

for some reason every time i try to log in to the game
it says: failed logging in to the server server.(10060)
i don't know what to do pls help..
oh and i tried to go in the game from the launcher
and i can't do it.
any reasons?

if you noticed server is down and aint be up any time soon

where can i check if it up or down?(on and off)

On KO-Panel.
But that's down too so you've to wait untill we're done with out new database etc.
